| Question: Where do you make your dresses? |
| Answer: we have our own factory in China. Because we have our own manufacturing facility and strict QC systems, we are able to offer Low Minimum services and provide excellent service to our clients. |
| Question: What makes you different from thousands of other bridal manufacturers or designers? |
| Answer: style and services. We track the trend of the bridal industry closely and make sure our dresses are the best in the class. We have a judgematic design team who research the marketing trends. We develop two new seasons bridal gowns and one season prom/evening dress annually |
| Question: can you handle customization order or plus size? |
| Answer: Yes! We are happy to provide customization order and plus size gowns . For the plus size gowns,30% extra fee will be added for the plus size over US 18 or customer special size. If that's what you want, please call us to place order. |
| Question: can you provide special colors? |
| Answer: we provide clients 3 or 4 colors choice (White,Diamond white, Ivory or Champagne ) commonly used. And we will try to find the colors that clients have special requirments. But for the small orders, we could not assure the color exactly same as required as these fabric are not our commonly stock fabrics. |
| Question: How long it takes to deliver the dresses? |
Answer: For small orders: Once we receive your payment and the orders are confirmed, we will immediately start to make your dresses in our producing Dept. Remember, all dresses are hand made and it takes approximately 45 days to make our own designs and 60 days for the customer design dresses. We'll inform you by email once your orders are ready to ship. Also,we will have a QC report remark each order size and other details for clients’ comments after the gowns are finished.
For bulk orders, it takes approximately 45 days after orders are confirmed.

| Question: How can I track my order status? |
| Answer: You can either call us or email us. We will send out periodical emails to inform you status as well. Once the order is shipped, we will send you UPS, EMS or other express tracking number |
