| Answer: we have a manufacturing plant in China. Because we have our own manufacturing facility, we are able to offer Low Minimum services to our customers. |

| Question: How long it takes to deliver the dresses? |
| Answer: Once we receive your payment, we will immediately start to make your dresses in our manufacturing plant in China. Remember, all dresses are hand made and it takes approximately 4-6 weeks to make the dresses. We'll inform you by email once your orders are ready to ship. Rush order services are available--please contact us for details. |
| Question: How can I track my order status? |
| Answer: You can either call us or email us. We will send out periodical emails to inform you status as well. Once the order is shipped, we will send you UPS tracking number. |
| Question: What's your flexible payment program? |
| Answer: we understand cash flow is key to your business so we offer you flexible payment options. You can either choose to pay us full amount and enjoy a 2% discount or you can choose pay 50% of total amount at the time of checkout and then pay 50% before your orders are shipped. Note we have to receive your full payment amount to ship your orders! Any delay on your payment will delay your shipment accordingly. |
