Sweater: PICTURE ATTACHED
We produce sweaters from hand-crochet to 16GG which including:
hand-crochet, hand-knitting, 3GG, 5GG,
5.5GG intarsia, 3GG, 7GG, 9GG, 12GG, 14GG, 16GG and 12GG computer knitting machine.
We have very good relationship with different yarn spinning
and twisting factory. We are running the yarn in a large range:
 Silk
100%spun silk, 100%filament silk, 100%silk noil, 100%tussah
silk, 70%tussah silk 30%rayon 70%silk 30%cotton, silk/spandex(
high, medium, low power elastic), 85%silk 15%cashmere, 75%silk
25%cashmere, 55%silk 45%cashmere( yarn count from 26s/2 to 56s/2),
55%silk 45%wool, 70%silk 30%ramie,70%silk 30%linen etc..
Wool
100%merino wool ( 26s/2 - 56s/2) machine washable wool, wool/acrylic.
Cotton
100%cotton ( combed or half-combed), cotton/nylon, cotton/spandex.
Viscose
100%viscose, viscose/nylon, viscose/spandex.
Tancel
100%tancel, tancel/wool, tancel/spandex.
Rayon
shinning rayon, dull rayon, rayon/nylon, rayon/spandex.
Angora
different type of angora/wool/nylon mixed yarn.
Cashmere
100%cashmere ( 18s/2 - 28s/2), cashmere/wool, cashmere/angora.
Ramie
Ramie/cotton, ramie/acrylic, ramie/rayon.

SAMPLING
For the basic yarn or fabric available in the market or factory,
it takes around 7-10days to make samples.
For the special yarn or fabric we need to spin or knit, it takes
around 20-30days to make samples.
New customer have to pay the samples before we send out.
PRODUCTION
The capacity/month of our company are below 200,000pcs for sweater
and 7,000dozens for socks. We need 45days-production for normal
qty order after sample and lab-dips confirmed.
QUALITY CONTROL
Since the factories are below our company. We have special and
crucial quality control system:
We chose the good
quality yarn from the pointed spinning factory after placing
order.
We
check the first dye lot for each color basing on the confirmed
lab-dips and also test each color.
We check the each dye lot for the whole production.
During production, we have 2 in-line inspection and 1 final inspection
for the whole order.
The actual inspection will be adjusted according to the real
production situation.

L/C or T/T ( 30% deposit 70% before shipment)
